ACCOMPANYING TEP
KELLAFRIQUE and the project sponsor sign an accompanying agreement, a Support Contract for the Talent Entrepreneurs Partner project (TEP). This allows the person who starts, for a given time, to retain, under certain conditions, his status as a member of the association and continue to receive the allowances attached thereto.

PROPOSE THE TEP STATUS
KELLAFRIQUE, could offer him the “status” of Talent Entrepreneur Partner (TEP)
or Talent Entrepreneur Employee Partner. The project owner is either hired on permanent contracts in the association or on an hourly volume and a salary amount.

ACCESS TO MEMBERSHIP
Access to the membership is the natural (and chosen) outcome of a progressive approach to ownership of the company, which reflects, beyond the management of its own activity, the desire to participate in the operation of KELLAFRIQUE.
SKILLS ACQUISITION
KELLAFRIQUE aims to provide its members with skills in the support before and after the creation of project leaders and after the project.
SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
KELLAFRICA aims to enable people to
to progress in their skills and project in order to acquire their autonomy. It also offers promoters of projects of collective interest and/or local initiatives the opportunity to study their feasibility
SUPPORT SERVICE OFFER
KELLAFRIQUE aims to provide the territory with a service to support initiatives related to economic integration, in particular through technical support. to meet the need to maintain populations
KEY KELLEAFRIQUE MISSIONS
ACCOMPANY TALENT ENTREPRENEURS PARTNERS.
After the first contacts, meeting, and personalized rendez-vous for a first validation of the project, KELLAFRIQUE and the project maager sign an accompanying agreement, a Support Contract for Talent Entrepr eneurs Partners project. This allows the person who starts, to retain, under certain conditions, his status as a member of the association and continuing to receive the benefits associated with it. In this step, KELLAFRIQUE uses its Support Contract for the Partner Entrepreneurial Talent project, which can theoretically last for three to five years (the actual period will be of the order of one year). To begin the project, KELLAFRIQUE offers a support agreement that will last six (6) months. It could however go up to 18 (eighteen) months or even 24 (twenty four) months. This contract will allow the person to verify the feasibility of his project, to test or launch his activity and above all, to start prospecting and producing.
PROPOSE THE STATUS OF TALENT ENTREPRENEUR PARTNER.
As soon as the business develops and allows the person to generate some income, KELLAFRIQUE could offer him the “status” of Talent Entrepreneur Partner or Talent Entrepreneur Employee Partner. The talent is either hired on a permanent contract in the association, on an hourly payment or an amount of salary, negotiated as part of the support, with regard to the level of the activity. Hourly payment and amount of salary will change over time, depending on the development of the activity. This worker is payed as a natural person and member of KELLAFRIQUE.
The talent could opt to remain Talents Entrepreneur Partner, that is to say, legal entity and member of KELLAFRIQUE while honoring its monthly contribution. No matter their experience and history in the association, each Talent Entrepreneur Partner continues to benefit from personalized support, individual and collective, on the analysis of their activity, its commercial strategy, the follow-up of the purchase book, the possible redefinition of its strategy, determination of objectives…
CREATE POSSIBILITY OF MEMBERSHIP.
The Talent Entrepreneur Partners (TEP) whose activity has reached a cruising speed and who wishes to keep the associative framework of exercise of his professional activity could become a member. KELLAFRIQUE, indeed is an association of collective interest, governed by the principle “one person, one voice”. Access to the membership is the natural (and chosen) outcome of a progressive approach to ownership of the company, which reflects, beyond the management of its own activity, the desire to participate in the operation of KELLAFRIQUE, and its development.
